As 2025 gets underway, we are thrilled to announce that the 29th Annual Dallas Mayor’s Back to School Fair will take place on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Fair Park! This signature event is a lifeline for thousands of underserved families, ensuring that Dallas students start the school year prepared, confident, and ready to learn.
Our mission is simple: to ease the financial burden on families and ensure that school supplies are one less worry as students prepare for a successful school year. Each year, this vital event helps thousands of Dallas families by providing essential school supplies, along with important services such as immunizations, eye exams, and haircuts—all designed to set students up for success.
This annual event is held in person and indoors at Fair Park. We invite businesses and community partners in Dallas to showcase available services to our under-served and overlooked communities and to collectively make a huge impact. The need is great, and everything matters to our local families in need.
