Each vendor is required to bring their own handouts to give to students. Please describe the handouts you will be passing out.

If you are a service vendor, please describe the type of service you will be providing and the quantity.

I acknowledge that I will attend the entire duration of the Dallas Mayor’s Back to School Fair and will provide the appropriate quantity of handout items and stickers for participants. If I am no longer able to attend the Fair, I will let the organizers know by July 25, 2025. If I reserved a table and did not attend the Fair, I acknowledge that I am still responsible for paying the booth fee.
